Mayowa Ijisesan

Mayowa is a data-driven success strategist, and the Executive Vice President of Strategy at KingsWord Ministries International, a ministry with operations in North America, Africa and Europe. She is also the Resident Pastor of KingsWord Chicago .
Mayowa received her 1st and 2nd degrees in Electrical Engineering at The University of Oklahoma and Cornell University respectively. She worked in the semiconductor industry before starting Dyvintel; a business intelligence consulting firm. In the past two decades, (adjust years if necessary) she has consulted for small and medium scale manufacturing companies in metals, chemicals, food processing and financial services industries across the United States and Canada- empowering them to use data-driven strategies to promote operational productivity and profitability.
Mayowa is an Executive Scholar of the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management with specialization in Non-Profit administrative management. She continues to pursue her interests in data-driven success strategies in the non-profit sector.
Through annual conferences held in Chicago, London and Lagos, she aims to empower women to fulfill their life purpose. She is also the creator of other multimedia outreach efforts such as – Dear Pastor’s Wife, Career Resources and Reset with Pastor May.
Mayowa has authored three books – Wisdom for the Workplace, The Supernatural Woman and Dear Pastor’s Wife.
She is wife to an amazing man Dr Kay Ijisesan, and mother to two wonderful teenagers – Tolu and Temi.
She finds cooking new recipes to be therapeutic especially when she wants to unwind.
